I'm a 60 year old, working woman. Single, grown children, grandchildren. For the past 5 years after relocating from Illinois to Texas, I have gained back the 35+ pounds that I lost and kept off for more than 9 years. After many tests, the doctors and P.A.s have explained I have a slow digestive tract (VERY slow) and that my cholesterol is too high, I have high blood pressure controled with 20 mg of lisinopril daily. Menopause and 'thyroid-watching' are part of my doctors ongoing watchfulness. Have been recommended to shed the excess weight (again) and become healthier. Would like to do this as naturally as possible again. Confident I can win this 'battle' again.
