suprising myself by sticking to the diet, although i am feeling hungry today but i expect that is the unexpected blast of housework i have just finished!

not doing too bad although a bit down at only losing 2lb so far, my legs have suffered due to the long walk yesterday feel sorry for them having to hold up this weight.

day one went ok...am on day 2--went for a 2 hour walk today..my knees and back are really feeling the strain. had a jacket potato for lunch and going to cook a meal from the recipes off here for dinner.
feel good about the exercise today but still feel really down on myself.
