yay, it's going down still! i'm veering out of induction phase a little early, but its still working for me. i know my body and its doing well with this.

i'm so excited that this diet is working so well! nothing has ever given me this great of a result in the first week. the longer this continues, the longer i'm going to stay in induction! woohoo!

This is really working well for me! Its not so hard cutting out bread and pasta as it is sugar. I've resorted to diet soda and gum. We'll see how it goes.

so im starting the atkins diet and i'm pretty excited. i'm wondering how my will power will hold up. i really hope i see results with the induction phase. if it works then i'll stick to it. i need a jump start.
