WOOHOO I did it, I went to KFC and told them no biscut.. however they gave me one anyway with my favorite butter and honey and
I THREW IT AWAY
... no nibble, not a lick, just a toss into the garbarge. (not that Im a big fan of throwing stuff away, but I had 2 choices and I made the right one) :)

Watching the biggest loser tonight made me cry. Im so glad we decided to change our ways now before we ended up going that far with our weight.
