Well I'm at day two and my mind set is better. I feel better when I eat right. When I'm out of control like I was during the holiday season I start to panic and then I eat more. I went shopping and threw everything out that didn't need to be in this house. My nephew and husband are very supportive. My husband doesn't need sugar either being an insulin dependent diabetic. My nephew which is like my own child isn't a big sugar and fats person. So that makes things easier. He was getting worried about what was going with me. He knew I was going way too far overboard. He even said something, which is something he normally wouldn't do. I need to get back to exercising again. Why does it seem so much easier in the spring and summer? I guess I'm like the bears I want to hibernate in the winter. But I can't and I have to figure out how to work this into my already busy day. Living here in the mountains it is hard to find a flat place to walk. After I'm back in shape walking them is easier but I have to get back to that place first.

Today I'm starting over. I gained about 20lbs and it has to go. I have to keep on track.
