Feel GREAT! Awesome sprint workout last night, good eating, snuck 2 girl scout thin mints in and still saw results on the scale. WAHOOO!

I feel good! decent work out last night and great eating yesterday made for good returns on the scale this morning. Hoping to keep it up and reach my first baby mile marker by next weekend, which means 9 days to lose 6.4 lbs...fingers crossed!!!

So I didnt lose any weight from Saturday-Monday, but I ate out Saturday 2 out of 3 meals and ate junk during the Super Bowl, so I will take no change in my weight over having an increase! Now I just have to work extra hard this week...Saturday night is Valentines Dinner so I have to lose enough to make up for that bump in the road in advance.

I am so excited to begin tracking my weight loss! I have been at it for the past few weeks but need daily motivation to keep it up! I'm hoping to reach my goal weight loss of 27lbs by my wedding in October...we will see!
