I'm still fighting this migraine, so I am going to take it easier today. When I worked out yesterday my head throbbed from it so I am not going to today & let it (hopefully) get better. Thank you so much for your comments, they definitely help!

Well, it's 6:30 and I've had a pretty successful day. My husband got the groceries, yeah. I worked out for 35 minutes. I've been fighting a migraine for a few days, so I don't have much push. I ate healthy & the kids are great.
I am starting a new job on Monday & will have a much tighter schedule. I am going to try to get up and do a practice AM workout before my scheduled time to leave for work. I am going to try this Thurs & Fri. Hope it works!!

I am starting my day with a plan. If I put it down here this morning (I'm on the west coast so it's 8:00 now) then I am going to have to account for it this evening.
My goals for today:
Grocery shopping-healthy foods
Work out 1 hr
Household chores
Play w/kids
If I don't follow through with my entry tonight, someone scold me!
