I am mother to a 1 year old boy, I also am a full time CNA, and im working to become a healthy weight again after i had gained 50 lbs when i was pregnant. the day i had my son i weighed 216 Lbs, when prepregnacy i was 160 (after i finally had gotten myself into good shape) well now i feel like im starting from square one. my plans of accomplishing my weight loss goal is to do the origanal Insanity workout videos. i did day one yesterday (3/3/15) i have a hard time with motivation, my fiance was planning to start do this with me but keeps making up excuses.
