lost this 5lbs in 11 days! Goodbye vacation weight! From now on the real weight loss starts. Signing up for some boxing classes. Gonna be lean and mean lol

Back to the site! Went to Quebec for 2 months and lived in residence = abundance of cafeteria food, booze, weekend icecream stops. Bad food + booze + icecream = weight gain. Whatever I was on vacation!! Like my friend said about her trip to Europe " I gained 20lbs. I was fat and happy." Anyways I'm back to reality now and its hot and I want to wear some shorts already so I'm back to eating healthy! My first goal is to lose the 5lbs I originaly lost on this site

Since the start of my lifestyle change I've lost 5 lbs! It wasn't hard at all and I'm looking forward to getting rid of the last 10. I lose weight super slow. I know what it feels like to do everything right and see the scale stay in the same place but stick with it because eventually its gonna move. Don't give up! No binge eating pity parties when the scale doesn't move (ya that's right I know what goes on in that head when the scale doesn't move)!
