Hit a yoga class this morning AND an aerobics class. The yoga class was an hour and the aerobics too but I only stayed for 1/2 hour at the aerobics class. After doing the yoga class I was pooped. I'm not beating myself up about it because that's 1 1/2 hours of working out and if I do say so myself that's pretty good for a monday, a student and a woman who has LOADS of stuff to still accomplish today.
I'm hoping to get back to the gym tonight after I get all of my stuff done for the day. I have to write an essay, get a draft done for another essay, clean this joint up, wash some dishes, vacuum, put the clean clothes away and do a general over all tidy up.
If I can't get to tonights class I am going to trick the old guy into going for a quick walk around the neighborhood.
And speaking of the old guy, I have convinced him to get up every morning at 5 AM and go for a power walk that involves going up a HUGE hill. WhoooTT! He's been complaining of "getting fat" and if the plan of having kids is going to come to fruition we BOTH have to be in tip top shape. I'm getting pretty motivated about getting to the gym everyday and have been doing pretty well with executing it so now all I have to do is get him on board and will be cooking with low fat extra virgin olive oil. lol
I also JUST noticed that I am ALMOST down to the weight that I started at when I first joined fatsecret. I feel like BEFORE the end of february I could actually be UNDER 300 and the idea of that REALLY impresses me and makes me feel good about what I have been doing so far.

I've been to the gym three times this week (count them - 3 aerobics classes) and I've made meals only from my new WW cookbook that I got for x-mas from my WW sister.
I'm doing well this week. :)

I had a dream last night in which I saw myself running down the street in super nice running clothes (I was running for fun and exercise). I was thin and I felt healthy, the sun was shining. I think this dream has to do with my renewed sense of me and my goal towards making that happen. Sometimes you get so caught up in HOW MUCH weight you have to lose and can't see the end. This dream was nice because 1. I'm a visual person so "seeing" this is like making it happen. 2. I feel as though it's possible and I'm not running on the spot going no where. *le sigh* It feels like it's finally coming together. :)

I'm going to the gym this morning to do an aerobics class.
I'm done school for the semester (with one final project to hand in today and it's AWESOME-I'm awesome)
I don't start work until tomorrow (my boss said she'd call me if the got the computers delivered)
I'm going to face the scale and measuring tape today because of something
