I'm so excited! I really thought I wasn't going to make my 3 lb goal and I did it!! Woohoo! Fingers crossed for next weeks goal: 2 lbs. But I can't stop smiling right now.

Losing this weight has been challenging...to say the least. One week I'm down and the next week I'm up. I just want to make it to the 160s so bad that I can taste it. I'm soooo close. I know once I'm there, I'm golden.
Last week was terrible! I was 179 lbs!! The thought of being 180 lbs, again, scared me. So after watching a health documentary, featuring the famous Dr. Oz, I committed to a vegan eating regime for a week to see if I would enjoy it...and I did! As a meat eater, this was odd. But it seem to have worked perfectly with my busy schedule and my career. I even got a coworker to join me, and she loved it as well. I lost 6 lbs this week and she lost 3.
6 lbs in a week. I haven't seen weight loss like that in a long time. I don't expect another 6 lbs next week, but I am happy that I finally found a way for meals to fit into my day.
Vegan! Who knew?!
