Am in great shape with cardio. Blood sugar under at least better control. Am working out almost every day for an hour. I cardio and lift weights. I've reduced my caloric intake by about a third (at least), but I've really lost no weight. I'm firmer and I'm pretty sure I've lost fat, but who knows for sure.
