Today was a good day. accept I did gt hungry during the evening. I ate 1328 calories for today. I need to buy milk so I cold have cereal and bacon in the morning. Plus buy fruit, I need to drink my water before midnight, tomorrow I will do better on this goal. I did drink tea, added one creamer.

Today is a new start for me. I have been an emotional yoyo and now it is time to focus. The weight has been slowly creeping back up, then down. I am uncomfortable when I walk. sit and sleep. No more!Today I was up at 5 did my turbo fire workout and now off to a nice hot shower,breakfast then work. It's going to be a good day.
