In a loving long term relation ship and currently a proud new mom to a beautiful little girl. I used to live a very healthy life up until the birth of my daughter. I put myself in a slump and seeing her grow older while I grow lazier is what kick started me to get back on a healthy routine, not only for me but for my family.
