Alright, here we go again! I have 5 months to lost 15 lbs, that is less than 1 lb per week, completely doable!

Well now I am only 2.5 lbs above my goal weight of 175, or 7.5 lbs above my dream weight of 170, either way, I will try not to splurge this weekend!
