I am 50+ with 2 kids in college in other parts of the country. Although I work full time, I have decided that, with my husband travelling and away 80% of the time, it is time to do some things for me. I have lost 40 pounds in last year and 1/2 on WW, need to lose about 25 more and have been "stuck" for a number of months. Thought this and going to a gym (just restarted)might help?! Any ideas? Look forward to meeting others and learning new things, hobbies, weight loss tricks, etc.
