I am not losing weight at a fast rate but the weight is going down and not up which is very encouraging to me. I also know that the slower the weight comes off the longer it stays off. I am following what my doctor advised in order to lose weight which is low fat and low sugar diet and exercise. It is working and am very happy to see my progress so far. Note to self "I did not put on 40 lbs overnight thus I can not take off 40 lbs overnight".
