Hello friends,
A new year has begun. I have decided in this new year to stop going to WW. The money jsut inst worth it. I will do this on my own. I have trid many times before adn failed but this time the determination is there. I will weigh in at leaswt once per week to keep track of my progress. Over the Chritmas break I managed to maintain my weight.

I am losing slowly. I lost.2 of a pound this week. Its hard a weight watchers becasue they use the . pounds and I am now 290. Looking forward to Christmas but am finding it hard tostay away from the Christmas goodies. I go again tomorrow night adn then off for Christmas. Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas.

Hello all. I had a busy week. I am involved in the dinner drama at Church so that has kept me running. I have been eating properly and maybe sometimes not as much as I should all the time. I am very tired and had a few days of depression. Found though that I didn't do what I usually do and eat all the blues away. I was just to tired to care anyway.
I am feeling better now adn ready to get back on board.

Hello All,
I did better I lost 1 pound in the last two weeks. There are many times when I think tht it would be better and easier just to quit but God won't let me. I just want to get under 290 adn start the nest 10 pounds.Talk to you all soon

Well I gained this week. Do not know why but I am finding it hard sometimes to eat all of my points. I didnt drink as much water as I should too, So far this week I am on track again.
I want to do it this time and am getting frustrated about all the bouncing around. I either seem to lose or gain big. I am not giving up like I usually do and I will keep striving to do my best.
