OK a new set of goals. 170 by my birthday, 160 valentines day, and 150 St Patty's day! I am stoked and going to try my hardest to reach these.

Well my birthday is coming up and I decided that my birthday present to myself is going to be to get down to at least 170 pounds. I really hope I can do it. So far I have lost over 30 pounds and my self esteem is getting so much better. I am really hoping that I can do this. TO think that I am so close to my original goal is overwhelming. I am very happy.
