So I got to my first goal of 160lbs and celebrated a bit too hard...lol..I'm talking donuts and EVERYTHING.
I'm back on track now and going for my next goal.
Walking 3 times a week is helping. Not sure what I am ging to do when all the beautiful fresh fruit and veggies become scarce this winter.

I got to my first weight milestone last Friday 160!!!!!
30 lbs is a big freakin deal. Getting here has given me the will to get the next 20lbs off. I have decided to move from just dieting to working out. 3x per week I walk 2 miles in the morning with my Dad (love you daddy!) and I bought a pair of shape up shoes and a new pedmeter which makes me want to walk all the time. Not to mention I finally look good in my work out clothes. lol
I've eatten too much on a few occasions BUT I am still staying off the HFCS. The weight isn't flying off anymore but I am losing a pound or 2 per week so I'm happy.
From 190 t 160!!!!! YES!

The weight isn't coming off as fast any more because I have fallen off the wagon lately. In the last two weeks I fell back into bad habits like eating fast food and eating too late. Worst of all I had sweets like cake and candy. I'm doing better this week though. I want to get down to 155lbs. I'm going to have to start working out to squeeze out these last 10 pounds.

I haven't lost any weight yet but I only started working out this week. Feeling better - and sore. Not following the diet.
