I am down 3 lbs already and I HAVE NOT followed the diet/ challenge all that well. So I am inspired that if I actually got my 3 juices in every day and did my cardio I could be losing a pound a day. How cool is that?

Okay....I only had 2 juices today BUT I did have a huge salad and it was AMAZING! lol Plus I got 2 work outs in. One 2 mile walk this morning and a 2 mile jog this afternoon. 2 workouts are not typical for me so I took advantage of the extra time.

My goal is to have 3 glasses of juice per day and eat only fruit, veggies and nuts.

I am beginning a juice fast tomorrow. I call it a fast but in reality I eat some fruit and veggie when I get hungry. And try to drink at least 3 juices per day.
