I'm a food addict. I'm tired of starting over and over again. I need some stick2itness to achieve my goal. Therefore, I've decided to track what I eat and drink. The mirror image I see is not the one I want to keep on seeing. This week I also want to concentrate on drinking 64oz of water and leave BREAD, COOKIES AND CAKES ALONE.
