Been on a regular routine, ate some bad fattening things a few times but have been doing a lot of push ups and sit ups as well, which has been building muscle. So I may have lost more fat, but gained some muscle weight hence only loosing 4 pounds instead of 8-10 pounds.

With my burst trying I have been building muscle which increases weight but looses fat. I've also been cheating by eating sugar, i.e. cakes, ice-cream, starch, so I have to get back on track in June to make a difference.
