Today, I am re-committing to getting fit and losing 5 pounds. I will take it one day at a time, and hope to stay true to myself and my goals. I will make every effort to stay with the Summer Sizzlin' Challenge on FatSecret, and use their support to stay motivated.

Today is the first day of my new weight loss plan. I'm feeling excited, motivated and encouraged. My plans are to exercise at least 3 times a week, eat clean, whole foods 80% of the time, and reduce my consumption of wine.
