Well, yesterday was a start. Remembering to eat the right things is going to take some getting used to. Eating on some sort of schedule so that I don't binge.
I am satisfied with yesterday. I certainly could have done better. I was a bit frustrated with myself last night during a unplanned trip to walmart. I bought a coke in line and did not even realize that i wasn't supposed to be drinking that until I was half way home and drank half of it. It goes to show how much of our daily diet is habit. It made me think of all the things that I probably ate or drank or snacked on without realizing it over the last year. I have never kept a log of what I eat or drink. This is the first time. I think this will help me hod myself accountable and not slip.
