Ogosh! Where do I begin? Ive been going to the gym for a week now. I think I may have to work on cardio a bit longer instead of 30 mins every other day. My hubbie is my woikout partner which has helped and encouraged me tremendously. Right now he's working on toning, stretches and getting in tune with my body. Wish me luck and good luck to you also ;)
