BREAKFAST

observations: didnt get home til 10 am, ate breakfast, went to bed happy :)

LUNCH

observations: not a fan of tuna, but it really it the spot, since i was still groggy from the night before. broke up the peppers in to the tuna, not sure how else to eat them :/

SNACK
hunger before: 4.5

observations: snacks are working out nicely, just enough to keep me satisfied til dinner

DINNER
hunger before: 4

observations: seemed like a lot of food, but again, made too many beans. i can't measure them. the package was 16 oz, so i figured half the bag was a cup. anyway, couldnt finish them. i am loving sweet potato, even by itself! this time, not any sugar, just some olive oil. but so flavorful as is, who knew?



FINAL DAY OF QUICK START!
was afraid to weigh in today, since my day was so screwed up. so, i guess i will just weigh in tomorrow and see where we are. i might have screwed myself a little going out all night. didn't drink or eat, but did partake of substances that might be considered not part of the diet. missed half the snack yesterday, though, maybe that will balance it out :D

FINALLY OVERWEIGHT!!!

waist: 40 3/4 (TARGET: < 40)
hips: 41
ratio .994 (TARGET: 0.90)
interesting that both measurements went up, but ratio is down. it is hard to measure in the same place :/

BREAKFAST

observations: couldnt eat all the avacodo. it usually makes my mouth itch, but i only left like a slice.

LUNCH

observations: sandwich was better today, not sure why (nothing seemed different)

DINNER
hunger before: 5
hunger after: 5
observations: delicious, chopped the mushrooms into the turkey and mixed with the sauce. ate dinner before the snack because we were going out and didn't think we would be home the rest of the evening.

SNACK
hunger before: 4

observations: when out with some friends, ate the apple but couldnt bring the rest.



this morning on the wii fit was the first time in months that it told me that i was overweight and not obese. now, i don't really think i am obese, but according to the wii fit considering the weight it measured and the height i gave it (6'1", i think i am actually closer to 6'2" but can't change it) it has told me that i am obese for months. i have dipped down to overweight a couple times in the past, but this time i hope it sticks :)
