This morning i went to gym and did 35minutes of Cardio - Burned 175calories. It felt good, but it was hard.
I tried my best to eat right, i think i did well.
The evenings is the hardest as there is so much sweets in the house and so easy to grab a few on the way to bed.
I am going to try and stay away from that corner cuboard
