This is me taking control of my health and well-being! I am a busy mom with three children 14, 12, & 9. I work at home teaching my oldest son while dealing with the challenges that do not allow him to attend a traditional school. In my meager spare time I enjoy reading, knitting, and sewing. I do enjoy eating healthy and exercising, although it has not been a priority for several years. Now, I am getting back on track
