I estimated my current weight when I created the account a few days ago. This is my official start weight as measured on a scale. Still it is nice that I overestimated.

I have had some success with Atkins before when I was much younger. At this point in my life I have diabetes and have to be careful with grains anyway. I am down 21 lbs since last January and I feel like I am starting to plateau. Maybe a switch from just watch your calories to watch your calories and your carbs will help get me over the hump.
