even with a crazy schedule and back to back travel, I'm still down :) woooohooooooooo
I think a day of "not over the top" carbs really DOES induce the metabolism for the better. Yesterday I went to Chevy's (fast food mexican place) and had the drunken shrimp, a ton of nachos and salsa and steak fajita nachos. No sour cream, no quac, no dessert oh.. and Watermelon Lemonade... I was in heaven.... totally guilty afterwards but hopping on the scale today, I was relieved, shocked, ecstatic and did my happy dance :P unfortunately all the while I was still naked on the scale in the gym. :) sigh.

feeling really crappy.. .caught a bug I think felt flu-y yesterday and today...left work at noon today got home and fell asleep until 6.30. a bit better.
