Since January 22nd I have had the flu (about 10 days so far). During this time I really did not feel like eating and mostly drank lots of water and ate some fruits. Since 3 days I have been adding fresh vegetables and pumpernikel. I am trying to eat only when I am hungry and to keep portions 'normal'.
I have decided to give up sugar, dairy and animal protein and become a vegan. It has sunk in that I will decide how good I feel the rest of my life by what I eat or don't eat.

Started cutting gluten and sugar from my diet about 2 weeks ago. Eat predominately fresh fruits and vegetable in the form of juice and smoothies.
