So basically, half the year is gone diddly on! My knee is getting normal, I can hit the gym (Light work out), no more irritable bowel syndrome lol and overall, I'm feeling great! So I guess it's fair to say that things are looking up. I'm going to continue to doing what I'm doing, further tweak my diet and go from there. Let's get it!
