Can anyone give advice on diet incentives
My husband wants to diet together. He is 45 lbs. overweight, and I want to lose 10 to 15 and tone. He wants me to think up incentives for each ten lbs. he loses, and when he has lost the 45 lb. goal, he wants to take me back to Jamaica as a grand prize. Any ideas?
