Out to chinese buffet today for lunch. Ate selection of seafood and sushi for starter, and 2 plates stir fried veg with chicken for main. Fruit salad for desert. One or 2 little nibbly bits, but on the whole not too disastrous (I hope!) Really good meal, and water to drink.
