hmmm the less said about yesterdays efforts the better! will make some better choices today :) went over calorie level and did no real dedicated exercise, did drink my correct amount of water though!...find the calorie king website easier to use for the diary probably because thats what i used before and have already set up favourites etc and its abit easier being australian. Maybe i can just put a total in at the end of the day. good luck all.

Honestly, I have absolutely no motivation. I haven't really given this much thought beyond the "I'm going to do this" thought. I feel abit stuck. Right now my mind is in the way. My heart says YES, but my mind says "I dont know maybe tomorrow". I desire to lose weight, I want to be healthy. Why is this so hard?
So I have a goal. Unhealthy mindsets make it so hard to begin moving toward the goal...It's one thing to have a plan. It's an entirely different thing to follow the plan. We can make plans, but unless we make a conscious effort to follow it...., so baby stepping into it! today i will drink lots of water (30ml per kilo) and do something like exercise and make some good choices with food.
