Been going to the gym 5 days a week. Took yesterday off as I drank fri night and was severely hungover. BAD! starting today with carbs, then cutting tomorrow for a total of hopefully 10 days til Thanksgiving. Have cheat meal on thanksgiving, then get back to strict David Kirsch, this time for longer, minimum 14-28 days.
