Started WW June 06, lost 35 lbs from 232 to 197. Stopped but was able to maintain with the new eating ways I learned but not following pts system 100%. Slowely went up to 205 and want to get to my original goal of 180-185. I dont think I could ever go back to eating the way I did before, but I could certainly use some inspiration on how to stay on the wagon this 100th time and re-starting! I'm also mixing weight training and some cardio into the mix...hopeing that will help with breaking the 195 plateau!
