Feeling pretty bloated today...had a chicken soup for lunch, but just had a salad and 2 glasses of wine. Not sure if that was such a great idea! Planning to go to sleep early and hit the gym first thing in the morning.

Today is Day One of this experiment for me...I've been trying to lose 20 lbs for a while, and as soon as I make it to 6-8 lbs., I bounce right back up to 140 and have to start all over again. I've been trying to eat right, but I haven't been counting calories. Maybe this system will work?
