I haven't been around lately, but I have been eating pretty clean and working out pretty consistently. I am now down to 183 lbs.

I am now 15-16%, 190, feeling strong and energized. My workout is simple:
30-60 min of low intensity cardio 2-3 times per week
squat 225 lbs 5 sets of 5 reps
bench 225-245 lbs 5 sets of 5 reps
lat pulls 150 lbs 5 sets of 5 reps/overhand rows 135 lbs 5 sets of 5 reps
no soda (maybe 1-2 per week at most)
moderately low carbs
high protein 150-200 grams per day (lifting days)

I am now 187 lbs, 16.2% bf. I am pretty happy with that. I have doing cardio (low intensity) for about an hour or so 3 mornings a week before I eat anything. It has helped me lean out. I was 19.9% just 3 weeks ago. My goal is to get down to, and maintain, at around 12%. I am also eating much more clean, which obviously helps. Good luck to everyone!

I had a relapse of poor eating habits, but managed to overcome it with extra time in the gym. So, I didn't log either due to guilt, but I'm back!
