It's a rainy Sunday in Vancouver....Just got an email from the
CEO of my company, and he said the annual salary increase was eliminated as the economic kept going down...
Anyway, it is good to start this challenge with you girls, it is a highlight for this rainy day.
Well, I need to record what I ate today:
Oatmeal: ~500ml
Somebody's birthday Cake: a small piece, should be around 100g
Beef Jerk: 1 pc, ~ 20g
Orange: 1 medium one
Pear: half a medium one
BBQ Chicken: ~ 200g
Lamb soup: ~ 300ml, include ~50g lamb, some seaweed
Rice: ~ 100g
Chocolate: 2 pc
Honey Peanut: 50g
Sunflower seeds: ~75g
White Radish: ~100g
Tomato: ~ 30g
Pan fried garlic fish: ~ 100g
Stir fried Cowpea: ~ 100g
