Used the 800 Newcastle Diet of Professor Roy Taylor to kill my type 2 diabetes, and went Low Carb at the time by cutting out all bread pasta rice = all the '' fast starches ''
Am completely IN REMISSION at Jan / Feb 2017 after my diagnosis in Oct 2016 !!! NO HELP FROM MY LOUSDY GP IN FACT THEY DISCOURAGED ME FROM DOING IT. BASTARDS LAZY GREEDY MONEY WHATEVER.
