Sorry all...i've been off here a while. I weigh in every friday with friends and we've officially started tracking our weights... my struggle isn't with recording what I eat...but having to break down the calories.
It's easy to write Special K cereal and Milk...but to then have to go in and record calories in the cereal with milk... eh. i don't know.. i'm not that involved yet.

Starting over again... whawha wahhh.
Started P90X with a group of friends. It's been a long road to this point but I finally like where I am and who I am, and am ready and happy to start taking care of myself diet/weight wise.
My dad just got approved for a gastric bypass and I'm just watching him spiral down with his weight problem. I want to catch it before I get that bad. I think that may have been my motivation as well.

K so... i need to stop eating past 9pm. I get off work late and have problems not eating before bed.
Solution... start chewing a stick of gum! =)
