Had to weigh in early because I'm away this weekend :( I was up.
However it was an evening weigh in, and not a morning one like I usually go to... plus I have a few extra days before next week - so I am gonna try hard this week!

I ran again yesterday for the first time in months. I found I was less hungry afterwards.
My ankles and joints hurt! I need to get back into the grind! I am getting over a cough so my chest felt tight, but it was good to push through. Using my iphone "map my run" app didn't work out - but will try again tonight.
Very proud of myself that I'm sticking to my WW and food tracking religiously, making better choices and trying to work out!
Just wanted to record how great I feel (and how skinny I feel - WITHOUT a weigh in!) when I am doing things right - so that next time I'm discouraged I can look back and say "YAY ME! Keep going!" :)
