Well not a frightfully successful last couple of weeks and no weight loss. However, am eliminating things like bread and huge portions so getting somewhere, albeit rather slowly. Exercise not so good, ride nag very early or not at all, doggies very short walks if any, waiting for temps to come below 41c as exhausting rushing about.Big heatwave covering the whole country but forecast to start cooling down end of week. Not an excuse I know, but really find it rather warm. x

Having been out a lot haven't lost anything, but noone to blame but me. However, a slightly positive one, found couldn't actually eat everything on my plate. Another thing now is that I get frightful sort of indigestion when I eat, mainly stuff like bread. So am busy not eating bread and trying to find out besides bread what is causing this really unpleasant discomfort -eg, reduce food intake a lot, then see what reaction is.

Well have had a disastrous week after all my good intentions. Have been out for lunch x3 and breakfast x1 so have very successfully sabotaged my intended weight loss.
It is good to write this down as it then stares me in the face and I can't ignore it, something I am expert at doing.
