Out for breakfast, totted up the calories, 300, so not too bad. nothing much else to eat rest of day except brown toast and peanut butter. Am my own worst enemy. That was yesterday.
Today out for breakfast then lunch, so will curtail bread and pudding.

Too many carbs, will have to forgo 2nd cup cappuccino. Amazing how they add up.Blob of mayonnaise a treat, mung beans and balsamic bit tart, had them as feeling rather tummy achy & hungry. Told myself no food today so have already fluffed that resolve. Water & more water.

Out for coffee later. Don't do breakfast, but think will just stick to liquids today to hopefully boost start things. Gazpacho (bought) water.I wonder if I can drink Bovril or if it's too much salt.
Walk doggies, 15/20 mins max because of the heat. Check nags, will probably ride tom but really early before it gets too hot. Still determined but, only 2nd day.
