Today is the second day of the cinch core plan. I love the food & do not feel hungry & lost another pound this morning. I know I lost a lot of water weight that I gained while on lupron shots. I am really excited about finally shedding pounds but I am more excited about the energy that I have had since starting. I usually crash around 2 pm & drank 3-4 large cups of coffee & now I have energy for the entire day & night & I am drinking 1-2 cups. I really need to get my tush into a class at the gym instead of just weight training.

So I finished the 5 day cinch detox & lost 5 pounds, I was hoping to lose 8 pounds but I am happy I lost anything. The detox was not difficult to do & I felt great while doing it but today was my first breakfast on the core plan & eating anything other then what I ate on the detox tasted like manna from heaven! LOL. I really hope I can lose at least 10 more pounds.
