HAPPY BIRTHDAY SEAN AND COLE! HAPPY BIRTHDAY SEAN AND COLE. AN ABSOLUTE PLEASURE AND HONOUR TO ATTEND THE BAHA BOYS BDAY TONIGHT. it was a cheat day no doubt…full burger, ribs, Mac and cheese, salad, cake and 12.3 beers. BUT DO I CARE?!?! NO NO NO I DONT! I just love this app and the freedom it’s given me during my fitness journey. As my third cousin four times removed from Illinois once said “you can’t sion a man without being in a mansion”. Love that quote and let me tell you SEAN AND COLE HAVE A MANSION!
