Retired, former Air Force Pilot, former corporate banker. Fused big toe limits walking and cancels jogging - not because the joint is currently a problem but because I've been warned that joints around the fused one will get arthritic with increased use beyond ordinary walking. I use a room full of pulleys/weights about an hour or two a week, and do a calisthenics class in a pool 3 hours a week.
