I'm disabled, middle aged, proud grandmother of 3, married, very part time work in a library. Love crafts, being with family and grandchildren, like to bake and (unfortunately)eat junk food and love to paint decoratively, read, explore history, travel, sew.

I'm limited to what I can do. I am a emotional eater with no control and know if I could loose weight I would be much healthier and happy.
